Liverpool seafarers awarded 'Freedom Role of Association'
Not before time many would say, that Liverpool seafarers, who risked their lives many times over to bring food and vital supplies to home shores during WW2. They have finally been awarded 'Freedom of the City' by the Lord Mayor and Liverpool City Council. Below is a specimen copy of the decorative document and a photograph of some of the brave men who received it.
